A few words from the inventor.

The Story Behind the PuttRail

The PuttRail wasn’t created by a golf pro or an engineer—it was created by a retired guy who took up golf later in life and simply wanted to putt better. I wanted something easy, something I would actually use, and something that didn’t require a trip to the course every time I wanted to practice.

So I started experimenting.

I practiced in the rec room, the garage, and my home office. (My wife banned it from the kitchen—fair enough.) What I discovered was that when I made putting practice simple and accessible, I actually did it. Hundreds, sometimes thousands, of putts a week. Day or night. Rain or shine. Summer or winter.

And the results showed up on the course.
My lag putting improved dramatically. My stroke got smoother. My confidence grew. Friends even began asking what I’d changed. My answer was always the same: “I’m not the best putter in the world, but I’m a lot better than I used to be.”

That’s why I built the PuttRail—to give everyday golfers a practical, portable, no-nonsense way to get better. No complicated gadgets. No steep learning curve. Just quality repetition that builds real, lasting feel.

If it helped me, it can help you too.
